I like the simple life. Working with me is relaxed and straightforward.

Email, call or visit the workshop for a casual chat, share your thoughts and together we'll formulate a plan. It's helpful if you have images or a simple sketch as a basis to work from. We'll discuss materials and how your idea can translate into a wearable piece of jewellery or object.

Once we have refined the idea, depending on the complexity of the design - I will either jump straight into making in metal, create a wax model, design a prototype via CAD or draw up design options for you to choose from.

You'll be kept updated throughout the whole process and I will photograph the stages so you can see your idea taking shape.

By staying in touch we can make sure the design is progressing as hoped.

Once your design idea is finalised - it is best to allow 4 - 6 weeks for a bespoke piece to be made.

A simple silver piece would be closer to 4 weeks - a more complex piece involving CAD design, stone setting and hallmarking will be more towards 6 weeks.

How long is a piece of garden twine? The cost can vary greatly depending on metal choice, size, complexity, hand crafted versus CAD designed, 3D printed & cast.

Stone setting, hand engraving, laser engraving, gold-plating, hallmarking - there are several factors that affect the pricing of bespoke pieces.

There is no minimum charge and the cost of a bespoke design is based on the materials and processes involved combined with how long it takes to make.
